1. If changes in data or schedules occur, the final price may be affected.
2. In the event of service cancellation, even due to weather conditions, within 48 hours prior to the service, and especially on the same day, a cancellation fee of 100% will apply.
3. For SPECIAL EVENTS (MWC, Champions League, and high-demand events in general), cancellation fees will be 50% once booked and confirmed by us, and 100% one week before the event.
4. For airport arrival transfers, if the customer is a "NO SHOW," 100% of the transfer cost will be billed.
5. Airport arrival transfers have a maximum waiting period of 1 hour from the actual flight landing time. Beyond this limit, additional hours will be billed, or another transfer will be arranged based on availability and at the customer's request.
6. Insurance for the loss or damage of luggage, suitcases, or personal effects is not included.
7. Services are scheduled according to the indicated times, so the application of extra hours will depend on operational availability and must be requested in advance.
8. My Premium Concierge Hospitality Group S.L reserves the right to assign a vehicle of equal or higher category than the one reserved in case of operational necessity without prior notice.
9. Vehicle availability and driving periods will be subject to the services defined in this contract.

This includes sending informative, commercial, and courtesy communications within this relationship.
